TRB Projects is headed up by Simon Boyden, an established residential property developer with a development career spanning three decades. During that time he has completed around 45 projects, including smaller bespoke schemes, larger scale multi-unit developments and luxury country houses. 

 

Simon’s development career began in Leicestershire in 1993 where he built four semi-detached units in Leicestershire. Over the course of the following thirty or so years Simon went on to build a large number of residential units both in Leicestershire and in Hampshire, as well as creating numerous multi-let conversions and renovations.

 

Simon has also established a large residential buy to let property portfolio in Leicestershire, which he has operated and maintained since 1995. He also has a number of other business interests in the property sector and the motor trade.
