TRB Projects is a property development business based in the historic city of Winchester.

We specialise in new build and residential conversion projects that are located in the south of England and we've been building desirable homes for almost 30 years.
Our projects vary significantly in terms of both size and unit type, and we have various types of multi-unit development, luxury homes and residential conversions in our portfolio.

We look to fund most projects through our own funds and those of our private investment and commercial finance partners.

We are always on the look out for new project opportunities and are happy to speak to property owners who believe they may have a potential new build or conversion opportunity. We are also happy to pay sourcing fees to people who introduce opportunities to us which we then go on to acquire and develop.
At TRB we look to be innovative in the solutions that we bring to projects. Drawing on the significant depth of experience that TRB has built up over the years, we pride ourselves on thinking outside the box and in devising viable and often more profitable solutions that others may not have even considered. This is a key USP, allowing TRB to consider more challenging projects where a viable solution has perhaps proved difficult historically. Similarly this imaginative approach allows us to unlock additional value in more mainstream opportunities.
